Quick Update: 2/12/09
OTA Ringtone Service still being worked out - some bugs that I haven't had the time to work out yet - it's taken alot longer than I originally expected, hopefully I'll have that done
DonMoose.com will be selling BlackHalo (iDEN Unlocking for 'Subsidy Code') - Be on the look out for that. Forums are up - still working on some little things but should be opened by the end of the month. Not a typical forum, more along the lines of Software/Hardware Q&A - iMJalv2, BlackHalo, etc support/Q&A. A small 'subscribers' section which will include exclusive iMJalv2 support, and some other 'perks' - More information will be released as soon as I write it up.
Any questions/comments feel free to contact me.

Superbowl XLIII winners: Pittsburgh Steelers!!
What a game - both teams played their hearts out, so many chances for the Cards to win - but in the end the Steelers took it.
Final Score:
Pittsburgh: 27 - Arizona: 23
More information on the game, and stats available at http://www.nfl.com/superbowl/43

OTA Ringtone Service
This blog hasn't been updated in a while, however that will be changing very soon. I'll be using this in conjunction with DonMoose.com to advertise new development. Anyway, back to business:
Over the Air (OTA) Ringtone/Wallpaper for ALL CARRIERS!! - It's in the works and WILL BE RELEASED SHORTLY! It's an online service which requires no software to be installed on your end, the only thing that is required is an internet connection. I'm not going to release any info on how it works, or any files so don't get your hopes up. However it will be released soon so be on the lookout. I haven't decided if it will be a free service (don't count on it) or if there will be a small charge. I'm leaning in the direction of charging a small fee since this app will be server intensive on my end, and lets face it - the hosting needs to get paid one way or another, this would help offset the price on my end. More information to be posted soon.

Sonic Maximizer, and Crossover MUST HAVE!
BBE:
Great product for easy/fast sound processing. Stereo Unbalanced 1/4" inputs and outputs for easy/simple hook up.
Great by itself - even better when paired with Samson's Rack Mount Crossover. Unparalleled sound quality, and with a very reasonable price tag.
Samson:
- Full-featured, Stereo 3-way, Mono 4-way Electronic Crossover
- Phase switches
- Adjustable low frequency delay for time aligning speaker stacks
- Mode indicator LEDs
- 4 Segment LED input meter for easy gain adjustment
- 24 dB/octave filters
- Output mute switches for all individual outputs
- Constant Directivity EQ
- Built-in Peak Limiter
- XLR inputs/outputs
Samson's Rack Mount Processor can be had for $169.99
BBE's Sonic Maximizer can he had for $99.99
I highly recommend both to DJs, and well as producers. Great tools to have!

Serato Scratch Live

As of April 4th, I purchase Rane's 'Serato Scratch Live' from Sam Ash Music in White Plains NY. With a rather steep price tag ($540, $580 after tax.) I can say the following... Setup was easy, downloaded the new version (1.8) of the software from ScratchLive.net. Easy Installation. 1.1 USB interface is awesome, extremely low latency. Easy to que up songs, great vinyl response scratching is awesome I'm extremely happy with my purchase.
Kit included:
SL1 Interface
Software
Control Vinyl, and Control CDs
Patch cables
Install Guide/Quick Start Guide.
There are however, a couple things that I'm unhappy with.
No included AC adapter for the SL1 interface. (My USB's are powered, however some may not be) You'd think that for close to $600 they'd include an AC adapter.
No effects in the software's functions. I'm used to Traktor's effect and seeing that there are no
effects rather disappointed.
Software's design is rather...simple/lame. Picture included below.

Aside from that - nothing bad to report. But, if giving the opportunity to purchase again, I'd most likely chose Traktor Scratch.

Logitech USB Headset for PS3
Well I returned the madcatz headset, and exchanged it for this headset by logitech.
http://www.circuitcity.com/ssm/Logitech-USB-Headset-for-PlayStation-2-and-PlayStation3-9801740403/sem/rpsm/oid/177074/catOid/-16762/rpem/ccd/productDetail.do
The difference is night and day. This headset...works. Clear, comfortable - one of the best headsets I've ever owned. Before this and the madcats, I had the original logitech headset for the PS2, released when the first Socom was released.
Pros:
Noise Cancelling Mic, no unwanted background nonsense.
Clear Sound
High Quality voice input
Lightweight, and comfortable to wear.
No charging required.
10 Foot USB wire.
Cons:
None.
